ERCS was formed in March 2003 by Eddie Ryzman to provide technical support to the IT industry.

Eddie is an experience software engineer with over 40 years in the IT industry in both software and hardware disciplines.

Currently he is assisting small local business's, friends and colleagues in Web Design by helping them share their products and talents with others by the use of the Internet.

For this service Eddie charges are very moderate and for good causes may even be zero.
